Estimated Production Time

Production usually takes approximately two months after we receive your photos.
However, the delivery timeframe may be extended depending on the size and complexity of the artwork,
as well as our order volume at the time. We will keep you informed of any changes as necessary.

制作日数の目安

写真到着後、制作期間の目安は約2か月となります。
ただし、作品のサイズや内容、その時期のご注文状況によって納期が延長される場合がございます。
納期に変更が生じる場合は、その都度お客様へご連絡いたします。

Cancellation Policy

Production will begin once the pricing, composition, and delivery schedule have been approved and your payment has been confirmed.
After this point, cancellations or changes to your order cannot be accepted.

料金・構図・納期についてご了承いただき、入金確認後に制作を開始いたします。
これ以降はご注文のキャンセルおよび内容の変更はお受けできません。

Regarding Multiple Item Orders

This form is designed for one product per submission.
If you wish to purchase multiple items, please complete a separate submission for each product.

To arrange combined payment or shipping, please indicate your request in the “Questions / Requests / Comments” section before placing your order.
Shipping fees will be adjusted after confirmation.

Please note that combined shipping may not be available depending on the items selected.
