Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed and processed in Japanese Yen (JPY). For international customers, your payment provider may convert your local currency into JPY at the applicable exchange rate. Any currency conversion fees or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Japan.

In-stock items: shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation
Made-to-order items: approximately two months after measurement confirmation

Shipping fees, insurance, and any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds (Summary)

We accept returns only for unused items in original condition, with tags attached, within 8 days of delivery.
For international returns, customers are responsible for :

Fees related to payment processing

A return and refund processing fee of 5% of the product price will be deducted from the refund amount.

Our products are made from repurposed vintage kimono fabrics.
Minor imperfections or marks that cannot be fully removed may remain and are considered part of the material's character, not defects.
